Dream Blue ships through Australia Post, and we send out most orders by the next business day. The approximate delivery times are usually as follows:

What happens if I am not home when my Dream Blue order is delivered?

If no one is home when Australia Post arrives, they will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card advising the nearest post office to collect your parcel. If you have not received your Dream Blue order within 4 days of the usual shipping times listed above, please contact us so we can chase it up for you.
